This on-line workshop introduces you to the Collaborative Partnership Methodology, a powerful way for working with and supporting teams and groups to succeed, elevating their productivity, and supporting them to work meaningfully together to fulfill their goals.
The world has evolved into an ever-increasing place of complexity requiring us all to look at leadership as also a ‘relational and collective capability’ that arises as groups endeavor to work together to meet the challenge. The importance of such “new leadership” is not lost on anyone; teams and groups are where the tires hit the road in being willing to make work more meaningful and fulfilling for us all, not to mention more productive. That is what this course is all about—enabling that emergence, igniting collaborative capability in teams and cross functional groups.
Drawing from social psychology, small-group research, integral theory, dialogue, and systems thinking, you will have a greater appreciation of the work of teams and continue your own personal journey of growth as an agent of change.
